Walk to the beach - Island Villa

Everything was enjoyable! Positive: Everything was really clean and close to the beach.

Would definitely book again. Good value and had everything needed for a beach stay. Positive: Location fantastic. Just a few minutes walk to village shops and restaurants, as well as the beach. Also, the pictures of the condo did not do it justice. With funky and eclectic decor, upgraded appliances, spacious living room, and new kitchen counters, it was beautiful. The pool area was nicely maintained and had plenty of seating for the guests who share it. Negative: Nothing really major not to like. We didn't have coffee packets but I had luckily packed some. I am sure had we asked, coffee would have been provided. Another slight negative, the stairs to the deck of this 2nd level condo are quite steep and weathered. Just be prepared for trips up and down if you have children or issues with stairs.

Our stay was not positive and we will not return Positive: Location was a few blocks to the Village . Very walkable to all stores and restaurants . The beach was walkable but a little further than anticipated . They had a wagon to transport beach supplies however we could not find the beach chairs mentioned in the description . The place is decorated nicely and looks like most things are new . The bedroom furniture needs a new coat of paint to cover the stains on the furniture . The blinds on the front door are stained with what appears to be blood and should be replaced ASAP . Quiet time is not enforced and you can hear from the bedroom all the neighbors parties . We were there over the end of spring break which I would not recommend for families or older people . Little bugs in kitchen and bath . Towels are supplied but no wash cloths . We were locked out our second day from the faulty key pad . It took management one hour to reply to our messages and an additional hour for maintenance to come and analyze the problem .

Great spacious accomodation in a great area. Would come again. Positive: Really great location, close to the beach and Main Street. Accomodation was very spacious and provides all the facilities we needed. Negative: Nothing really, some aspects of the accommodation are a little worn, but still serviceable.

Great getaway weekend! ready to retire there. Positive: Location was terrific! So much space and so comfortable. It was very quiet as Siesta Key that weekend, so it was like we had the place to ourselves. That was awesome!!! Natty the mgr. was extremely helpful!! Met the owner Bob and Handyman, Steve and they gave us a little tour of the other units! Terrific can't wait to go back. Decor was awesome!! Loved the motion light that came on at night when we returned home, especially since our unit was upstairs. That was a nice touch, so we weren't doing that in the dark. Nice amenity package upon arrival!! Kitchen appliances all appeared new. Loved the use of the beach wagon!!! Negative: A dish towel in the kitchen. We used a hand towel from bathroom to dry dishes or a small drying rack or pad. Maybe a few more towel hooks in the bathroom.
